Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. A standard residential house may take 6-12 months, while commercial projects can range from 12-36 months. We provide detailed project schedules during the consultation phase.
We offer both options. We can provide all construction materials through our trusted suppliers, or work with client-supplied materials. We recommend our material procurement service for quality assurance and cost efficiency.
